Jess is a professional at what she does. This was her first time selling a manufactured home I believe and she sold it with in 5 months at our listing price. It would have been 2 but the lender wanted everything on their terms. We thought we lost the buyer, but Jess was the glue that held it all together. My attorney Dave would also testify to that!
